Welcome to Frucademy.

Frucademy offers flexible training solutions designed to ensure that you become completely autonomous with your new Service Management platform. We are an authorized training partner for The Open Group, ServiceNow, Servitect and Gamingworks.

We have been a ServiceNow Authorized Training Partner (ATP) since 2011 and we have now the highest number of ServiceNow trainers in Europe. We have around 22 certified trainers, all of whom are ServiceNow certified experts. In the last year, we have provided more than 70 trainings.

We are located in the Netherlands, the UK, the Nordics, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland and Germany. Training sessions can be provided in our classrooms in Rijswijk (NL) or at your own location.

Frucademy offers trainings in several areas. Those areas include ServiceNow, IT4IT, ITSM Simulation games (Apollo 13, MarsLander and Phoenix Project), ISM, Scrum and our own ITSMA process model.

Frucademy offers through our public calendar a number of official standard trainings of ServiceNow (like SN Fundamentals, Scripting, Service Portal, Performance Analytics and many more), IT4IT Foundation, DevOps (The Phoenix Project), Scrum, but we can also offer tailor-made educational content to meet your unique requirements.
